In his current position as COO, Unmesh efficiently coordinates organizational processes and various departments like Call Centre, Sales etc. He is adept at harnessing Quants innovative culture that empowers employees and drives continuous improvement.

Fond of travelling and with a keen interest in cricket and a love of music, Unmesh is dedicated to building and steering strong and consistent global client models that promote growth and inspire efficiency from key personnel.

Amarjit Singh Mehta is heading the Business Development & Management of Quant and has an extensive 20 years industry experience in the fields of Telecom, Media and Banking. Amarjit’s expertise lies in Brand Management, Digital Media Marketing and Campaign Strategy that few can match.

A commerce graduate, with an MBA in Marketing, his successful track record with the leading media giant The Times of India has gained him a comprehensive understanding of the digital media eco-system. This has resulted in the implementation of several highly successful projects.

Amarjit’s strong work ethics, personal integrity, a passion for innovation and taking up new challenges has made him an undisputed leader in digital process improvement and growth.

Under his leadership, the company has grown by leaps and bounds, and he looks forward to forging new partnerships and making new friends along the way.

Head - Service

Piyush Mistry was a Business Head, holding the vital Collections Portfolio of secured loans, unsecured loans and outstanding invoices in his previous assignment.

His core competencies include recruiting and grooming of callers, executives and managers and providing reports and financial analysis for management review.

At Quant, Piyush is in charge of handling daily operations of the Call Centre Process, responding to customer concerns and ensuring productivity and customer satisfaction.
