Challenge

WhatsApp

WhatsApp Tracking Solutions - Tropicana

Challenge

Tropicana required a mobile based solution over WhatsApp to track and measure the sampling of their new “Coconut mix fruit juice”.

Solution

A common long code for WhatsApp and SMS was created. User had to buy any Tropicana juice to get a scratch code and
send the code over WhatsApp or SMS with Retailers Mobile Number to get a free sample of Tropicana Coconut Mix fruit Juice. The code was verified and an automated response was sent to both user and the retailer. All the information captured was shown in the online reporting interface.

Result

The campaign created a lots of buzz and more than 10,000 entries were received within a month.

SMS

McDonalds Sab Lucky Campaign (Reach out to Masses – SMS + Call center + Database management +Winner

Challenge

To compliment the ATL activity, McDonald’s India wanted to do an engagement activity for its consumers across India over SMS during the 2012 Diwali festivities.

Solution

Created integrated SMS Platform where consumers were invited to SMS unique code to 54242. Out of the valid entries received, an automated process used to draw 16 hourly winners and 1 daily winner each day, who were given a Nokia Asha and a Nokia Lumia phone respectively. Couple Trip to Mauritius and a Chevrolet Beat to the Mega prize winner, at the end of the campaign.

Result

More than 0.5 million total participations and 4 lakh unique participations.

Thums Up Thunder Trip Offer (Reach out to Masses – SMS + Call center + Database management +Winner Verification)

Challenge

To compliment the ATL activity, Thums Up wanted to do an engagement activity for its consumers in Andhra Pradesh over SMS as well as IVR using under the crown codes.

Solution

Created an integrated SMS and IVR Platform. Consumers were invited to either call and submit their unique code or SMS unique Code to 54242. Linked to the Radio promotion, the consumers can also record the Thunderous moment of their life. Automated daily MIS during the campaign was generated. Verification of details was done through the call center. Respondents chosen through a lucky draw by CCIPL won a chance to go to Thailand with ‘Mahesh babu’.

Neo Ghar Jaisa Dahi Contest (Reach out to Masses – SMS + Call center + Website + Database management )

Challenge

Neo Milk foods was looking to increase the sale of their new product Neo Dahi in Delhi (NCR) market and wanted to create a buzz for Ghar Jaisa Dahi contest.

Solution

Created a solution where user has to buy Neo Dahi and share a slogan for Neo Dahi with the unique code via SMS. DQ created an SMS engine that generated daily, weekly and bumper winners. A Microsite was created where the winners gets automatically published.

Result

More than 10,000 participants. Users shared the Microsite extensively on Facebook and posted testimonials on the contest site. Neo foods has gained good popularity in the market and saw an increase in the sales of their products. Its brand awareness also increased.

IVR

SMS/IVR Solutions - Monsanto

Challenge

Agro-products company, Monsanto had a challenge in communicating their products to their customers i.e. farmers, due to connectivity issues and language barrier.

Solution

A large-scale IVR system was developed for outbound calls in multiple languages. Over 150 different types of recordings were deployed using a combination of languages, voiceover artists and music. Presently, more than 3 million calls are generated per month, which allows taking inputs for opt-ins about interest in specific products and eventually forms a large base for lead generation.

Result

Monsanto has used this system for more than 3 years, with calls per month increasing each year. It is now the primary mode of communication with its customers.

McDonald’s FIFA Player Escort Campaign

Challenge

Creating and Managing large scale participation campaign of the official restaurant for FIFA World Cup, McDonald’s, to promote “Happy Meal” in India.

Solution

An IVR based McDonald’s FIFA Player Escort Campaign was created following below steps:

Step 1: User gives a missed call to 07878786060.

Step 2: User receives a call with a pre-recorded message and asked to enter the 7 digit Unique Code (Printed on the coupon).

Step 3: User has to answer Quiz based on FIFA World Cup.

Step 4: Lucky draw held among qualified callers and one lucky winner get the chance to fly to 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil as McDonald’s Player Escort.

Result

The campaign had been received really well and ran successfully till the World Cup.
